2. Öffentliches Kommuniqué 32 Tage nach Beginn des Hungerstreiks.

Wir erklären unsere absolute Entschlossenheit, diese gerechte Mobilisierung fortzusetzen, in der wir jetzt seit 31 Tage sind. Seit 9 Genossen, die in verschiedenen Zeiten in chilenischen Gefängnissen entführt wurden, beschlossen haben, diese Mobilisierung, einen unbefristeten Hungerstreiks, zu beginnen und damit eine in der Welt der Gefängnisse eine von Herzen kommende Forderung zu stellen und gleichzeitig GenossInnen zu vereinen, als Beweis für die Kontinuität des Konflikts mit dem Staat, dem Gefängnis und dem Kapital in einem unbestreitbaren Kontext des sozialen Krieges.

Nach 17 und 18 Tagen dieser Wegstrecke mit dem Körper als Waffe des Kampfes haben die im Rahmen der permanenten Revolte verhafteten Genossen und heute Gefangenen in der Gefängniskompanie stgo 1 Modul 3 Tomás, José und Gonzalo den Hungerstreik aus "gesundheitlichen Gründen und mangelnder Erfahrung" eingestellt, doch diejenigen von uns, die weiterhin mobilisieren, erkennen den klaren Willen, den die Genossen zum Ausdruck gebracht haben, diesen notwendigen Schritt des kollektiven Kampfes zu gehen, und wir grüßen sie in dem täglichen Lernen, den Widerstand im Nach 17 und 18 Tagen dieser Wegstrecke mit dem Körper als Waffe des Kampfes haben die im Rahmen der permanenten Revolte verhafteten Genossen und heute Gefangenen in der Gefängniskompanie stgo 1 Modul 3 Tomás, José und Gonzalo den Hungerstreik aus "gesundheitlichen Gründen und mangelnder Erfahrung" eingestellt, doch diejenigen von uns, die weiterhin mobilisieren, erkennen den klaren Willen, den die Genossen zum Ausdruck gebracht haben, diesen notwendigen Schritt des kollektiven Kampfes zu gehen, und wir grüßen sie in dem täglichen Lernen, den Widerstand  Millimeter für Millimeter in der Enge des Gefägnisses zu leben.

Zum anderen trat der spanische anarchistische Genosse Juan Sorroche Fernández in einem unzerstörbaren Band aufständischer Komplizenschaft aus der Hochsicherheitsisolation des Gefängnisses von Terni, Italien, am 12. April in Solidarität mit unseren Forderungen in den Hungerstreik und machte so die Schönheit dieser internationalistischen antiautoritären Geschwisterlichkeit spürbar.
Wir umarmen seine komplizenhafte Geste und machen sie uns zu eigen, indem wir ihn einladen, diese Territorien des Kampfes und des Widerstandes zu durchschreiten.

Der Weg, der in dieser intensiven Zeit des Kampfes beschritten wurde, ist die Kristallisation des Wortes, das zur Tat wurde.

Von den chilenischen Gefängnissen aus geht unser Kriegsschrei einmal mehr um die Welt und macht unseren subversiven und anarchischen Aufruf universal.

Im Laufe dieser neuen Zeit des Kampfes, die im Zeichen des repressive Ausnutzen der Pandemie auf dem ganzen Planeten steht, und trotz aller Einschränkungen und Kontrollen, haben wir jede einzelne der vielfältigen und schönen Gesten der Solidaritätsaktion gesehen und begleitet, die in jedem Moment an jedem Ort zum Ausdruck kommen und wo wir uns mit Schwestern und Brüdern, Genossen und Komplizen finden, die im gleichen Puls des Konflikts aktiv sind:
Worte, Flugblätter, Graffiti, Plakate, Texte, Transparente, Fahnen, Aufkleber, Audio- und Livesendungen und Radiosendungen, Foren, Versammlungen, Barrikaden, Verschwörung, Feuer und Angriff, Solidarität, Musik, Radfahren und ständige Kreativität, um Solidarität zu zeigen, sind Teil der vielen Gesten und Taten, die uns mit all denen verbinden, die uns heute auf diesem Weg begleiten.

Ebenso hat die gemeinsame Aktion der verschiedenen Netzwerke, Koordinatoren, Kollektive und Räume, die im gegenwärtigen Anti-Gefängnis-Kampf organisiert sind, die richtige und notwendige Verstärkung der Stimme der Gefangenen und ihrer Betonung ermöglicht, wodurch viele der Forderungen entstanden sind, die uns heute leiten. Die verrosteten Erfahrungen des politischen Gefängnisses von gestern heraufbeschwören und entstauben, die Situation aller Fälle der permanenten Revolte von heute sichtbar machen und geben einen klaren und ununterbrochenee Dokumentation über unseren subversiven und anarchischen autonomen Widerstand in den Gefängnissen der chilenischen Demokratie während der letzten 12 Jahre.

Heute wird mit mehr Nachdruck und Klarheit verstanden, dass die politische Inhaftierung in Chile nie aufgehört hat,  eine reale und mögliche Konsequenz des subversiven, rebellischen und aufständischen Kampfes zu sein. Ebenso ist es notwendig, die aktive und komplizenhafte Anti-Gefängnis-Gemeinschaft um denjenigen zu erweitern, die in diesem  Höhepunkt der staatlichen Repression kämpfen.

Von 1990 bis heute werden in politischen Gefängnissen diejenigen inhaftiert, die sich gegen die bestehende Ordnung auflehnen und durch eine Vielzahl von illegalen Praktiken von Worten zu Taten übergehen.
Zuerst waren es die bewaffneten linken Gruppen, dann autonome und informelle Aktionszellen und anarchische Individualitäten sowie der würdevolle Mapuche-Widerstand. Für die sogenannten Gefangenen des Aufstandes hat es immer eigene Gesetze, fehlerhafte Prozesse, differenzierte juristische Knast- und polizeilich-journalistische Behandlungen gegeben.
Ein ganzes Gerüst vorbereitet um diejenigen, die in die Offensive gehen zu bestrafen und in der Staatsräson gefangen zu halten.

Der Begriff der Entführung wird in unseren Fällen greifbar, wenn uns der Staat über seine eigenen Gesetze hinaus mit Prozessen, die von Unregelmäßigkeiten durchsetzt sind, und mit offensichtlicher Feindseligkeit seines gesamten Apparates  auf systematische Weise gefangen hält. Er ändert unsere Urteile, fälscht Daten und Dokumente, kriminalisiert unsere Familien und Kinder, betreibt eine besondere Verfolgung der Bestrafung und der öffentlichen Dämonisierung, die darauf abzielt, unsere Praktiken und unsere Geschichte des Kampfes auszurotten, aber es ist ihnen nicht gelungen.

Noch einmal, mit hoch erhobener Faust, erheben wir uns, allen Widrigkeiten zum Trotz, mit müden Körpern, aber voller Stolz und mit intakten Nerven. Mit der Lebenskraft all unserer gefallenen Brüder und Schwestern im subversiven, revolutionären und anarchistischen Kampf. Mit klarer antagonistischer Überzeugung, die sich in den giftigsten Kerkern der Gefängnisse der chilenischen Demokratie nährt, ernährt und widersteht, die heute mit einer eisernen Medienbelagerung abgeschirmt ist, um unsere dringende und notwendige Mobilisierung unsichtbar zu machen.

- Für die Ausweitung der aktiven Solidarität mit den subversiven, anarchistischen, anarchistischen Gefangenen des Austandes und des Befreiungskampfes  der Mapuche!
- Für das Ende der Untersuchungshaft als Mittel der Bestrafung!
-Wir unterstützen die Forderung der Mapuche, die ILO-Konvention 169 auf die Situation der Peñi und Lamngen anzuwenden, die im Kampf gefangen wurden.
-Für das Ende der Haftstrafen der Militärjustiz gegen Juan und Marcelo!

Hier werden die wichtigsten Punkte ausgedrückt, die uns im täglichen Gefängnisalltag leiten.
Gemeinsame Anliegen von Kampf- und Widerstandsgenossen aus den verschiedenen Gefängnislabyrinthen.
Ebenso konnten wir erreichen, dass gleichzeitig in verschiedenen Gefängnissen dieses Gebietes mehrere Hungerstreiks mit unterschiedlichen Forderungen und Umfängen durchgeführt werden. Wir grüßen alle, die sich entschlossen haben, die tote Zeit des Eingesperrtseins zu durchbrechen und von innen heraus zu aktivieren, um ihre Situation sichtbar zu machen.

Wir bringen auch unsere ständige Besorgnis über die Prekarität des Lebens, den militärisch-polizeilichen Einsatz in einem Kontext permanenter Repression und die allgemeine Verschlechterung des Lebens der Unterdrückten und Ausgebeuteten zum Ausdruck, während die Mächtigen reicher werden, indem sie alles Leben für ihre riesigen Profite ersticken. Deshalb ist es richtig, zu protestieren, sich zu organisieren und zu kämpfen, direkte Aktionen für die vollständige Befreiung zu unternehmen.

2do Comunicado público a 32 dias de iniciada la Huelga de Hambre.

A los pueblos, individuxs, comunidades y territorios en lucha y resistencia.
A quienes se rebelan ante este presente de opresión y miseria.
A nuestras manadas, familias, amigxs, complicidades, compañerxs y amores repartidos por el mundo.
A todxs!!:

Lxs prisionerxs anarquistas y subversivxs de la guerra social Mónica Caballero Sepúlveda en la cárcel femenina de San Miguel, Marcelo Villarroel Sepúlveda, Juan Flores Riquelme y Joaquín García Chanks en la cárcel de alta seguridad, Francisco Solar Domínguez en la Sección de Máxima Seguridad y Pablo Bahamondes Ortiz en el Módulo 2 de la cárcel empresa de stgo 1 y Juan Aliste Vega en la Cas adhiriendo pero no en huelga por razones médicas; declaramos nuestra total insistencia en la decisión de continuar en esta justa movilización en la que transitamos ya los 31 días desde que 9 compañerxs secuestradxs, en diferentes períodos en las cárceles chilenas, decidiéramos dar inicio a esta movilización con características de huelga de hambre liquida e indefinida activando así una sentida exigencia en el mundo de la prisión y ,del mismo modo, aunando a diferentes generaciones de compañerxs como evidencia ineludible de la continuidad del conflicto con el Estado, la cárcel y el capital en un contexto indesmentible de Guerra Social.

A los 17 y 18 días de este trayecto con el cuerpo como arma de lucha, los compañeros detenidos en el contexto de revuelta permanente y hoy prisioneros en la cárcel empresa stgo 1 módulo 3 Tomás, José y Gonzalo depusieron el movimiento por "razones de salud y falta de experiencia" sin embargo quienes continuamos movilizadxs damos cuenta de la clara voluntad expresada por los compañeros de dar este necesario paso de lucha colectiva y les saludamos en el aprendizaje cotidiano de vivir la resistencia milimétrica al todo diario del encierro carcelario.

Por otra parte en un lazo indestructible de complicidad insurrecta desde el aislamiento de alta seguridad en la cárcel de Terni, Italia el 12 de abril el compañero anarquista español Juan Sorroche Fernández asume una huelga de hambre en solidaridad con nuestras exigencias haciendo tangible la belleza de aquella internacionalista hermandad antiautoritaria.
Abrazamos su gesto cómplice y lo hacemos nuestro invitándolo a transitar estos territorios de lucha y resistencia.

El camino trazado en este tiempo intenso de lucha es la cristalización de la palabra hecha acción.

Desde las cárceles chilenas nuestro grito de guerra nuevamente recorre el mundo haciendo universal nuestro llamado subversivo y anárquico.

En el transcurso de este nuevo tiempo de lucha, que atraviesa el uso represivo de la pandemia en todo el planeta, y a pesar de todas las limitaciones y el control, hemos visto y asistido a todos y cada uno de los múltiples y hermosos gestos de acción solidaria que se expresan a cada momento en cualquier lugar y por donde nos encontramos con hermanxs, compañerxs y cómplices activando en el mismo pulso del conflicto:
Palabras, volantes, rayados, afiches, textos, lienzos, banderas, pegatinas, audios y transmisiones en vivo y cadenazos radiales, foros, reuniones, barricadas, conspiración, fuego y ataque, solidaridad, música, cicletada y creatividad constante para solidarizar son parte de los tantos gestos y actos que nos hermanan con todxs aquellxs que hoy nos acompañan por este sendero.

Igualmente la acción conjunta de las diferentes redes, coordinadoras, colectivas y espacios organizados en el presente de lucha anticarcelaria a permitido la correcta y necesaria amplificación de la voz prisionera y sus énfasis haciendo de muchxs las urgencias que hoy nos guían. Convocando y desempolvado las experiencias oxidadas de la prisión política de antaño, visibilizando la situación de todos los casos de la revuelta permanente de hoy y dando cuenta claramente y sin ambigüedades de nuestra resistencia autónoma subversiva y anárquica en las prisiones de la democracia chilena durante los últimos 12 años de manera ininterrumpida.

Hoy se entiende con más fuerza y claridad que la prisión política en Chile nunca dejó de existir como consecuencia real y posible dentro de una opción de lucha subversiva, rebelde e insurrecta. Asimismo queda de manifiesto la necesidad de ensanchar la franja anticarcelaria activa y cómplice con quienes luchan en este momento álgido de represión estatal.

Desde 1990 hasta hoy la prisión política continúa encerrando a quienes se rebelan contra el orden existente y pasan de la palabra a la acción a través de las multiformes prácticas ilegales.
Antes fueron los grupos armados de izquierda, luego núcleos autónomos e informales de acción e individualidades anárquicas así como la digna Resistencia Mapuche para llegar hasta lxs llamadxs presxs de la Revuelta para quienes siempre ha habido Leyes especiales, juicios viciados, tratamientos jurídicos penitenciarios y policial periodísticos diferenciados.
Todo un entramado preparado para el castigo de quienes pasan a la ofensiva y mantenerles secuestradxs bajo razón de estado.

La noción de secuestro se hace tangible en nuestros casos cuando, a través del tiempo y de manera sistemática, el Estado, por encima de su propia legalidad, nos mantiene encerradxs con procesos plagados de irregularidades y con la animadversión manifiesta de todo su aparataje; alterando nuestras condenas,falseando fechas y documentos, criminalizando a nuestras familias e hijxs, sosteniendo un seguimiento especial de castigo y satanización pública buscando el exterminio de nuestras prácticas e historias de lucha pero no han podido.

Una vez más con el puño en alto nos levantamos atreviéndonos contra todo pronóstico, con el cuerpo cansado pero repletxs de orgullo y el newen intacto. Con la energía vital de todxs nuestrxs hermanxs caídxs en la lucha subversiva, revolucionaria y anárquica. Con clara convicción antagónica que se nutre, alimenta y resiste en los calabozos más tóxicos de las cárceles de la democracia chilena que hoy se blinda con un férreo cerco mediático para invisibilizar nuestra movilización urgente y necesaria.

De modo simple es que no haya retroactividad en la modificación de la ley que regula la “libertad condicional “.
Y que ésta vuelva a ser un derecho adquirido de la persona presa y no un beneficio.

Su situación jurídica no resiste análisis.
Altas condenas que hoy ascienden a 46 años emanados desde las fiscalías militares por hechos ocurridos hace 29 años. Alteración de los tiempos de postulación por la modificación del dl 321, extendiéndolos por más de 16 años. A vivido más de 25 años de encierro en 3 periodos. En su situación jurídico política se cristalizan los elementos propios de un secuestro de estado a quien se le considera un enemigo por su claro y radical posicionamiento antiautoritario y antiestatal.

- Por la extensión de la solidaridad activa con lxs presxs subversivxs, anarquistas, de la revuelta y la liberación mapuche!!
- Por el fin de la prisión preventiva como herramienta de castigo!!
-Acompañamos la demanda mapuche de aplicar el Convenio 169 de la OIT para la situación de los peñi y lamngen presxs por luchar.
-Por el fin de las condenas de la justicia militar contra Juan y Marcelo!!

Aquí están expresados los énfasis que nos guían en el día a dia del encierro carcelario.
Preocupaciones comunes de compañerxs en lucha y resistencia desde los diferentes laberintos penitenciarios.
De igual manera logramos precisar que de modo simultáneo en diferentes cárceles de este territorio, se llevan adelante varias huelgas de hambre con diferentes exigencias y alcances. Saludamos a todxs lxs que tienen la decisión de romper con los tiempos muertos del encierro y activan desde dentro en pos de visibilizar sus situaciones.

Expresamos también nuestra preocupación constante por la precarización de la vida, el uso militar policial de la pandemia en un contexto de represión permanente y el deterioro generalizado de la vida de lxs oprimidxs y explotadxs mientras lxs poderosxs se hacen más ricxs asfixiando la vida toda en función de sus abultadas tazas de ganancia. Por ello la justeza del desborde y la protesta, del organizarse y luchar, de la acción directa por la liberación total.

2nd Public Communiqué on the 32nd day of the Hunger Strike.

To the peoples, individuals, communities and territories in struggle and resistance.
To those who rebel against this present of oppression and misery.
To our herds, families, friends, complicities, comrades and loves around the world.

The anarchist prisoners and subversives of the social war Mónica Caballero Sepúlveda in the female prison of San Miguel, Marcelo Villarroel Sepúlveda, Juan Flores Riquelme and Joaquín García Chanks in the high security prison, Francisco Solar Domínguez in the Maximum Security Section and Pablo Bahamondes Ortiz in Module 2 of the prison company of Santiago 1 and Juan Aliste Vega in the Cas adhering but not on strike for medical reasons; we declare our total persistence in the decision to continue in this just mobilization in which we have already transit 31 days since 9 kidnapped comrades, in different periods in Chilean prisons, decided to begin this mobilization with characteristics of a liquid and indefinite hunger strike, thus activating a heartfelt demand in the prison world and, in the same way, uniting different generations of comrades as inescapable evidence of the continuity of the conflict with the State, the prison and capital in an undeniable context of Social War.

After 17 and 18 days of this journey with the body as a weapon of struggle, the comrades arrested in the context of permanent revolt and today prisoners in the prison company Santiago 1 module 3 Tomás, José and Gonzalo stopped the movement for "health reasons and lack of experience" however those of us who continue to mobilize realize the clear will expressed by the comrades to take this necessary step of collective struggle and we greet them in the daily learning of living the millimetric resistance to the daily prison confinement.

On the other hand, in an indestructible bond of insurrectional complicity from the isolation of the high security prison of Terni, Italy, on April 12, the Spanish anarchist comrade Juan Sorroche Fernandez undertakes a hunger strike in solidarity with our demands, making tangible the beauty of that internationalist anti-authoritarian brotherhood.
We embrace his complicit gesture and make it our own, inviting him to travel these territories of struggle and resistance.

The path traced in this intense time of struggle is the crystallization of the word made action.

From the Chilean prisons our shouts of war once again travel the world making our subversive and anarchic call universal.

In the course of this new time of struggle, which is crossed by the repressive use of the pandemic all over the planet, and in spite of all the limitations and control, we have seen and accompanied each and every one of the multiple and beautiful gestures of solidarity action that are expressed at every moment in every place and where we find ourselves with brothers, sisters, comrades and allies activating in the same pulse of the conflict:
Words, flyers, sprayings, posters, texts, banners, flags, stickers, audios and live broadcasts and long-lasting radio broadcasting (cadenazos radiales), forums, meetings, barricades, conspiracy, fire and attack, solidarity, music, cycling and constant creativity to show solidarity are part of the many gestures and acts that unite us with all those who today accompany us along this path.

Likewise, the joint action of the different networks, coordinators, collectives and spaces organized in the present anti-prison struggle has allowed the correct and necessary amplification of the imprisoned voice and its emphasis, turning it into the urgencies that guide many of us today.  Gathering and dusting off the rusty experiences of the political prison of bygone days, making visible the situation of all cases of today's permanent revolt and giving a clear and unambiguous account of our subversive and anarchic autonomous resistance in the prisons of the Chilean democracy during the last 12 years in an uninterrupted manner.

Today it is understood with more force and clarity that political imprisonment in Chile never ceased to exist as a real and possible consequence within a subversive, rebellious and insurrectionary option of struggle. Likewise, the need to widen the active and complicit anti-prison fringe with those who struggle in this critical moment of state repression is evident.

From 1990 to the present day, political imprisonment continues to imprison those who rebel against the existing order and move from words to action through a variety of illegal practices. First there were the armed leftist groups, then autonomous and informal groups of action and anarchic personalities as well as the dignified Mapuche Resistance to reach the so-called prisoners of the Revolt for whom there have always been special laws, flawed trials, differentiated legal penitentiary and police journalistic treatments. The notion of kidnapping becomes tangible in our cases when, through time and in a systematic way, the State, above its own legality, keeps us locked up with processes full of irregularities and with the manifest animosity of all its apparatus; altering our sentences, falsifying dates and documents, criminalizing our families and children, sustaining a special follow-up of punishment and public demonization seeking the extermination of our practices and histories of struggle, but they have not been able to do so.

High sentences that at present amount to 46 years issued by the military prosecutors' offices for events that occurred 29 years ago. Alteration of the postulation times by the modification of DL 321, extending them for more than 16 years. He has lived more than 25 years of confinement in 3 periods. His legal and political situation crystallizes the elements of a state kidnapping, to whom is considered an enemy because of his clear and radical anti-authoritarian and anti-state position.

Likewise, simultaneously in different prisons of this territory, several hunger strikes with different demands and scopes are being carried out. We greet all those who have the decision to break with the dead time of confinement and activate from within in order to make their situations visible.

We also express our constant concern about the precariousness of life, the military-police use of the pandemic in a context of permanent repression and the generalized deterioration of the lives of the oppressed and exploited while the powerful get richer by suffocating all life for their huge profits. That is the reason for the rightness of overflow and protest, of organizing and fighting, of direct action for total liberation.
