(B) Walpurgisnacht in Friedrichshain - We're the daughters* of the witches you couldn't burn!

Gerade an diesem Tag sollte ursprünglich der Gerichtstermin um die Räumung der Liebig34 stattfinden. Aufgrund unseres gemeinsamen Kampfes gegen die Investor*innen und Spekulant*innen konnte dieser erneute Versuch eines Gerichtsprozesses verhindert werden. Schon nach dem letzten Termin, den wir zu einem Desaster machen konnten, echauffierte sich die Gewerkschaft der Polizei, dass der 30.04. ein zu aufgeladenes Datum für dies sei.

Der Prozess wurde verschoben - aber Gründe diesen Tag zu nutzen gibt es genug:

Seit Wochen belagern und nerven uns die Bullen in der Rigaer Straße/Liebigstraße. Sie durchsuchen, provozieren, erteilen Platzverweise und werden gewalttätig. Das Gefahrengebiet wird wieder eine reale Bedrohung. Gegen das patriarchale System, das in der Institution Polizei manifestiert wird, ist es wichtig feministischen Widerstand zu organisieren. Die Liebig34 ist eine Form dieses feministischen Widerstands. Wir wollen nicht warten und reagieren müssen, wenn sie versuchen dieses Projekt zu räumen. Wir müssen uns die Straße nehmen und Zähne zeigen.

Auch nimmt die patriarchale Gewalt in Zeiten von social distancing und #wirbleibenzuhause immer weiter zu. Ein Zuhause ist nicht immer Geborgenheit und Sicherheit. Gerade für FLINT*'s kann es ein Raum sein, in dem häusliche und sexualisierte Gewalt eine Bedrohung sind. Wir sehen wie die Statistiken sich überschlagen und die Zahlen schlagartig zunehmen. In diesen Zeiten wollen sie im Juni einem Projekt den Räumungsprozess machen, dass genau das attackiert und versucht eine Gegengewalt darzustellen?

In Zeiten der Krise spitzen sich im sowieso schon so umkämpften Berlin die Verhältnisse weiter zu. Der Kampf gegen Gentrifizierung und den Ausverkauf der Stadt steht nicht still, denn die Akteure der Verdrängung spielen weiter Monopoly mit unseren Kiezen. Es häufen sich die Meldungen um neue räumungsbedrohte Projekte, Kollektive und Wohnungen. Auch eine Aussetzung der Zwangräumungen für eine kurze Zeit ist nicht ansatzweise eine Lösung gegen die Krisenherde, die in der Stadt schon zeit Jahren brodeln. Diese hohlen Versprechen der Politik sollten uns nicht befrieden.

Auch diesen 30.04. und 01.05. wollen wir auf die Straße gehen, dezentral und unberechenbar.

For an antipatriarchal and anti-capitalist Walpurgis Night in Friedrichshain and everywhere else.

The 30.04 has been in the tradition of resistance and rebellion against the system for centuries, be it through anti-capitalist confrontational demos or "take back the night" actions. It is a day that declares war on capitalist patriarchy. Even in times of Corona, we do not want to forget this, and we want to attack injustice louder than ever, especially now.

It was precisely on this day that the court hearing for the eviction of Liebig34 was originally scheduled to take place. Due to our common fight against the investor* and speculators* this new attempt of a court trial could be prevented. Already after the last date, which we were able to turn into a disaster, the police union was furious that the 30.04. was too much of a burden for this.

 The trial has been postponed - but there are plenty of reasons to use this day:

For weeks the cops have been besieging and bugging us in Rigaer Straße/Liebigstraße. They search, provoke, order us to leave the premises and become violent. The danger zone becomes a real threat again. It is important to organise feminist resistance against the patriarchal system manifested in the institution of the police. Liebig34 is one form of this feminist resistance. We don't want to wait and have to react when they try to clear this project. We have to take the street and show our teeth.

Patriarchal violence is also on the rise in times of social distancing and #we stay at home. A home is not always security and safety. Especially for FLINT*'s it can be a space where domestic and sexualised violence is a threat. We see how the statistics turn over and the numbers increase abruptly. In these times you want to do an eviction process in June for a project that attacks and tries to represent a counter-violence?

In times of crisis, conditions in already highly competitive Berlin become even more acute. The fight against gentrification and the sell-out of the city does not stand still, because the actors of repression continue to play monopoly with our neighborhoods. There are more and more reports of new projects, collectives and apartments threatened by eviction. Even the suspension of forced evictions for a short period of time is not a solution to the trouble spots that have been simmering in the city for years. These hollow promises of politics should not bring us peace.

Also this 30.04. and 01.05. we want to take to the streets, decentralized and unpredictable.
