The 25 year old radical queer wagon place Kanal is still threatened. The
owner BIM (Berliner Immobilien Management/ Ex- Liegenschaftsfonds) have
been preventing the settlement of a new contract for more than 2 years now
by posing discriminating demands.
In the latest draft of the contract they threaten with instant dismissal in
case there are people present or living in the wagonplace that are not
allowed to be in Germany because of a lacking residence permit or that are
violating the residenzpflicht law.
Fuck you BIM!
BIM/LiFo is a company that is managing the property of the Senat and sells
it profit-oriented. It is practicing the fascist – racist policy of the
German-European state and through their demands wants to make us the
executive of their politics.
No! Our place stays in resistance!
We live how we want!
Against racist laws, paragraphs and Isolation!

Der 25 Jahre alte radikal queere Wagenplatz Kanal wird weiter bedroht. Die
Eigentümer BIM (Berliner Immobilien Management, Ex-Liegenschaftsfonds),
verhindern seit mehr als 2 Jahren einen Vertragsabschluss, indem sie
diskriminierende Forderungen stellen.
Im neusten Vertragsentwurf wird mit fristloser Kündigung gedroht, wenn sich
auf dem Wagenplatz Personen aufhalten oder wohnen, die sich mangels
gültigen Aufenthaltstitels nicht in Deutschland aufhalten dürfen oder gegen
die Residenzpflicht verstoßen.
Fuck you BIM!
BIM/LiFo ist eine Firma, die Senatseigentum verwaltet und profitorientiert
verkauft. Sie praktiziert die faschistisch-rassistische Politik des
deutsch-europäischen Staates und will uns mit ihren Forderungen zur
Exekutive ihrer Politik machen.
Nein!
Unser Platz bleibt widerständig!
