Gegen den 1000-Kreuze-Marsch

Radikale Abtreibungsgegner*innen von „Euro Pro Life e. V.“ und der „Arbeitsgemeinschaft Lebensschutz München“ planen am 27. Oktober 2018 einen Marsch der „1000 Kreuze für das Leben“ durch die Münchner Innenstadt, um damit gegen Schwangerschaftsabbrüche zu protestieren.

Auf antifeministische und homofeindliche Hetze haben wir keinen Bock und werden den Marsch daher nicht unbeantwortet lassen! Kommt um 13 Uhr auf den Max-Joseph Platz. Demonstriert für das Recht auf geschlechtliche und körperliche Selbstbestimmung und sabotiert den Marsch der Fundamentalist*innen mit kreativen Aktionen.

In Zeiten rechter Massenmobilisierung gilt es Erkämpftes zu verteidigen, Bündnisse zu schmieden und sich zu vernetzen, um emanzipatorische Positionen gemeinsam weiterzuentwickeln und auf die Straße zu bringen. Denn die selbst ernannte „Lebensschutz“-Bewegung profitiert maßgeblich vom Rechtsruck und verbreitet mit ihren Vorstellungen der heterosexuellen, weißen Kleinfamilie gleichzeitig bewusst (extrem) rechte Positionen.

Am 27. Oktober 2018 werden radikale Abtreibungsgegner*innen durch München marschieren. Sie fordern ein generelles Verbot von Schwangerschaftsabbrüchen und vertreten ein christlich-fundamentalistisches Weltbild.

Sie geben vor, „für das Leben“ zu sein, vertreten vermeintlich die „Kultur des Lebens“… das ist blanker Hohn angesichts der 47.000 Menschen, die jedes Jahr weltweit sterben, weil sie keinen Zugang zu sicheren Schwangerschaftsabbrüchen haben.

Pro Choice bedeutet nicht pro Abtreibung! Doch die Welt in der Abbrüche nicht mehr vorkommen, gibt es nicht. Abtreibungen hat es schon immer gegeben und wird es immer geben. Darum kämpfen wir dafür, dass ungewollt Schwangere eine Entscheidung treffen können, ohne von radikalen Fundamentalist*innen unter Druck gesetzt, von der Gesellschaft stigmatisiert oder vom Staat kriminalisiert zu werden.

Denn entgegen der Annahme vieler sind Schwangerschaftsabbrüche in Deutschland weiterhin illegal. Sie werden mit bis zu drei Jahren Gefängnis bestraft, wenn sich die schwangere Person nicht an die Regeln hält, die zum Beispiel eine so genannte „Schwangerschaftskonfliktberatung“ und eine anschließende mehrtägige Bedenkzeit beinhalten. Schwangerschaftsabbrüche über das Strafgesetzbuch zu regeln, ist der ultimative Ausdruck unserer patriarchalen Gesellschaft. Darum fordern wir die sofortige und ersatzlose Streichung des Paragrafen 218 StGB!

Ein weiterer Paragraf der von den selbst ernannten „Lebensschützer*innen“ missbraucht wird, um Ärzt*innen unter Druck zu setzen ist der Paragraf 219a StGB, der Werbung für Schwangerschaftsabbrüche regelt. Die ambivalente Gesetzgebung sorgt auch hier dafür, dass betroffene Personen sich nicht ausgewogen und sachlich über Möglichkeiten eines Schwangerschaftsabbruchs informieren können. Darum fordern wir die Abschaffung des Paragrafen 219a StGB und zeigen uns solidarisch mit den betroffenen Ärzt*innen.

Viele Positionen der „Lebensschützer*innen“ sind konservativ, rechts und völkisch. Sie propagieren die weiße, heterosexuelle Kleinfamilie als anzustrebende Norm und hetzen gegen queere Menschen und LGBTI*. Sie arbeiten mit (extrem) rechten Kräften wie CDU/CSU oder AfD zusammen. So steuern Vertreter der CDU Grußworte zum homofeindlichen „Marsch für das Leben“ in Berlin bei, ein AfDler wünscht sich öffentlich eine „Einwanderung durch den Geburtkanal deutscher Frauen“. Wieder andere relativieren aufs Widerlichste NS-Verbrechen, etwa indem sie Abtreibungen mit der Shoa vergleichen und diese als „Babycaust“ bezeichnen.

Diese ekelhaften Positionen dürfen nicht unwidersprochen bleiben – egal ob in Berlin, Salzburg, Bern, München oder sonstwo auf der Welt. Denn wir lieben wen wir wollen und wir leben wie wir wollen.

Unsere Forderungen:

• Sexuelle und geschlechtliche Selbstbestimmung
• Die Abschaffung der Paragrafen 218 und 219a StGB
• Volle Kostenübernahme von Schwangerschaftsabbrüchen durch Krankenkassen
• Mehr Kliniken und Praxen in denen ein Abbruch vorgenommen werden kann
• Schwangerschaftsabbruch als verpflichtender Teil der medizinischen Ausbildung
• Abschaffung der Gewissensfrage, die Ärzt*innen die Möglichkeit gibt, Abbrüche ohne Angabe von Gründen zu verweigern
• Kostenloser Zugang zu Verhütungsmitteln
• Ein Umdenken in der Gesellschaft: Es darf keine Rolle spielen, ob Kinder mit oder ohne Behinderung auf die Welt kommen. Wir sind gegen eine normative Selektion durch pränatale Diagnostik.
• Die Gleichstellung aller Lebensweisen

Unser feministischer Kampf schließt selbstverständlich den Kampf gegen Staat, Nation und Kapital mit ein.

Wenn Du Dich damit identifizieren kannst, dann komm am 27. Oktober 2018 um 13 Uhr auf den Max-Joseph Platz und demonstriere für eine emanzipierte Gesellschaft und gegen das Patriarchat. Rechte oder konservative Kräfte sind logischerweise nicht willkommen.

Radical anti-abortionists of „Euro Pro Life e. V.“ and „Arbeitsgemeinschaft Lebensschutz München“ are planning a „1000 crosses for life“ march through the city of Munich on the 27th of October to protest against abortions.

We will not accept this kind of antifeminist and homophobic propaganda and will respond to the march accordingly. That’s why we’re calling for a feminist demonstration to claim our right for physical and sexual self-determination and creative actions to sabotage the march. Join us at 1pm at the Max-Joseph-Platz in Munich.

In times of mass-mobilizations by right-wing forces we have to defend hard-fought achievements, forge alliances and join forces to develop our emancipatory positions further and bring them to the streets. This is especially relevant because the „Pro Life“ movement is hugely benefitting from the right-wing backlash. They don’t only profit from it, with their concept of the heterosexual, white family, they are also intentionally spreading (extrem) right positions.

On the 27th of October radical anti-abortionists will march through Munich. They have a Christian worldview and are demanding to make abortions illegal.

They pretend to be „pro life“ and pretend to represent a „culture of life“ … this is complete travesty when you look at the 47,000 people dying each year worldwide because they do not have access to safe abortions.

Pro Choice doesn’t mean pro abortions. But a world where no one needs abortions won’t exists. There always were abortions and there always will be abortions. This is why we’re fighting for a world in which a pregnant person can take a decision without being harassed and pressured by radical anti-abortionists, stigmatized by the society or criminalized by the State.

Contrary to the assumption of many abortions are still illegal in Germany and will be prosecuted with up to three years in prison if the pregnant person doesn’t stick to the rules. One of these rules is that someone who wants to get an abortion has to go to a counselor to get a certificate and wait for a minimum of three days before a doctor can perform the abortion. To apply criminal law to abortions is the ultimate expression of our patriarchal society. This is why we demand to eliminate §218 StGB!

Another paragraph that anti-abortionists misuse to pressure doctors is §219 StGB, which regulates advertising for abortions. Due to the ambivalent legislation people who need factual and balanced information about abortions struggle to get it. This is why we demand to eliminate §219a StGB and express our solidarity with doctors who are affected.

Many positions of „Pro Life“ activists are conservative, right-wing and nationalist. They’re pushing the white, heterosexual small family as the sought after norm and thereby agitate agains queer people and LGBTI*. They’re collaborating with (extrem) right forces such as the parties Christlich Demokratische Union/ Christlich Soziale Union (CDU/CSU) or the Alternative für Deutschland (AfD). A high-level representative of the CDU sent his greetings to the homophobe „Marsch für das Leben“ (march for life) in Berlin, an AfD representative publicly wished that „migration to Germany should happen through the birth canal of German women“. Others relativize NS crimes by putting abortions on the same level as the Shoa calling it „Babycaust“.

These disgusting positions can’t go unchallenged – not in Berlin, Salzburg, Bern, Munich or anywhere else in the world. Because we love who we want, and we live how we want.

Our demands

• self-determination when it comes to gender and sexuality
• the elimination of §218 and §219a StGB
• full cost reimbursement by the insurances in case of an abortion
• more clinics and medical practices where abortions are carried out
• abortion as a compulsory part of the medical education
• elimination of the possibility to not perform an abortion due to doctor’s conscience issues
• access to free contraceptives
• social rethink: it shouldn’t matter if a child is born with or without a handicap. We are against the normative selection through prenatal diagnosis
• equality for all ways of living

Des opposants radicaux à l’avortement d' »Euro Pro Life » et d’ « Arbeitsgemeinschaft Lebensschutz München » (« Communauté de Travail Protection de la Vie Munich ») organisent le 27 octobre 2018 une « Marche des 1000 Croix pour la Vie » à travers le centre ville de Munich pour contester l’interruption de grossesse.

Nous n’avons pas envie de dénigrement antiféministe et anti-gay et n’allons pas les laisser faire! Venez à 13 heures à Max-Joseph-Platz. Manifestez pour le droit d’autodétermination corporelle et sexuelle et sabotez la marche des fondamentalistes avec des actions créatives.

Dans ces temps de mobilisation de masse de droite il est important de défendre les acquis, de constituer des alliances et de s’interconnecter pour développer et faire évoluer ensemble des positions émancipatoires et pour les porter à la rue. Car le mouvement qui se nomme lui-même « Mouvement de Protection de la Vie » profite énormement du glissement à droite en Europe et propage en même temps avec ses idées de la famille nucléaire, blanche et hétérosexuelle consciemment des positions de (d’extrème-) droite.

Le 27 octobre 2018, des opposants radicaux à l’avortement veulent marcher à travers Munich. Ils réclament une interdiction générale d’interruption de grossesse et propagent une conception du monde chrétienne fondamentaliste.

Ils prétendent de s’engager « pour la vie », de représenter une « culture de la vie »… ce qui est ridicule face à 47.000 personnes qui meurent chaque année parce qu’elles n’ont pas accès à des interruptions de grossesse sûres.

Pro Choice ne veut pas dire Pro Avortement! Mais un monde sans interruptions de grossesse n’existe pas. Il y a toujours eu des avortements et il y’en aura toujours. C’est pourquoi on lutte pour que des personnes enceintes involontairement peuvent prendre une décision sans se faire harceler par des fondamentalistes radicaux, être stigmatisées par la société ou se faire criminaliser par l’état.

Car contrairement à la supposition de beaucoup, l’interruption de grossesse est toujours illégale en Allemagne. Elle est punie de jusqu’à trois ans de l’emprisonnement si la personne enceinte ne suit pas les règles qui par exemple contiennent la visite d’un « Conseil de Grossesse en Conflit » et plusieurs jours de période de réflexion. De régler l’interruption de grossesse par le code pénal est l’expression ultime de notre société patriarcale. C’est pourquoi nous réclamons l’abolition entière du §218 StGB tout de suite!

Un autre paragraphe abusé par les soi disant « protecteurs de la vie » pour mettre de la pression à des médecins est le § 219a StGB qui règle la promotion d’interruptions de grossesse. La législation ambivalente a ici aussi pour conséquence que les personnes concernées ne peuvent pas s’informer posément et objectivement. C’est pourquoi nous réclamons l’abolition du § 219a StGB et que nous nous solidarisons avec les médecins concernés.

Beaucoup de positions des « protecteurs de la vie » sont conservateurs, de droite et d’un nationalisme éthnique (völkisch). Ils propagent la famille nucléaire blanche et héteronormative comme norme à atteindre et attisent les haines contre les personnes queers et LGBTI*. Ils coopèrent avec les parties de (l’extrème) droite comme le CDU/CSU et la AfD. Ainsi, des représentants de la CDU envoient un mot de bienvenue à la « Marche pour la Vie » – une marche anti-gay – à Berlin, un membre de la AfD souhaite publiquement une « immigration à travers la filière pelvienne des femmes allemandes ». D’autres relativent de façon dégeulasse les crimes nazis, par exemple en comparant des interruptions de grossesse avec la Shoah et en les appelant « Bébécaust » (Babycaust).

Ces positions dégeulasses doivent être contestés – n’importe où, à Berlin, à Salzbourg, à Bèrne, à Munich ou n’importe où dans le monde. Car on aime qui on veut et on vit comme on veut.

Nos exigences

• Autodétermination concernant notre sèxe et notre genre
• L’abolition des §§ 218 et 219a StGB
• paiement des interruptions de grossesse par les caisses maladie
• Plus de cliniques et de cabinets qui proposent des interruptions de grossesse
• L’interruption de grossesse comme sujet obligatoire pendant les études de médecine
• Abolition du cas de conscience concernant les interruptions de grossesse qui permet aux médecins de refuser l’opération sans explications
• Des contraceptifs gratuits
• Un changement de cap de la société: Il ne doit pas être important si des enfants naissent avec ou sans un handicap. Nous sommes contre une sélection normative par le diagnostic préimplantatoire.
• L’égalisation de toutes les façons de vivre.

Notre lutte féministe inclut évidemment la lutte contre l’état, la nation et le capital.
